Rich’s Chuckwagon is a mobile catering service.
Our standard barbecue format is Hamburgers and Hot Dogs (with all the condiments), Potato Salad, Baked Beans, and Soda with Brownies for dessert. We serve Gardenburgers on request.
We supply all paper goods, our serving tables, and trash receptacles, and take the trash with us when we leave. The meal is served buffet and seconds are always available.
Other available barbecue items are: Chicken, Polish Sausage, Bratwurst, Beef or Pork ribs, Pork Chops, Steak or Salmon.
Other available side items include: Pasta Salad, Orzo Salad, Cole Slaw, Caesar Salad, Macaroni Salad, Asian Noodle Salad, Green Salad, Raspberry Parfait, and Rich's Rice. We can customize menus to meet your requirements.
The cost for Hamburgers and Hot Dogs is $9.00 per person. Chicken can be added for $1.00; a third side would add $.50. Prices for other combinations are available on request.
We can prepare meat, cheese, vegetable, and fruit trays if desired. We also can do banquets and other parties for up to 500 and can prepare a full range of menu items for these functions. We can provide hot food within a 100 mile radius of Shoreline.
